1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing any services from PT BALI NEXUS GLOBAL ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Nature of Services
PT BALI NEXUS GLOBAL provides digital consulting, IT development, and technology services. All services are delivered remotely or electronically. Our services include, but are not limited to: website development, IT consulting, digital strategy, custom software solutions, and business technology support.
The Company operates exclusively as a consulting and technology service provider. We do not operate as a bank, financial institution, money transfer service, or payment processor. All engagements are for professional consulting and technology services.
3. Payments
All payments are authorized by the client at checkout or via invoice. By completing a payment, the client confirms acceptance of the service scope, deliverables, and these terms. Payment terms (e.g., upfront, milestone-based, or upon completion) will be specified in the project agreement or invoice.
We accept payments through methods specified at the time of engagement. Currency and pricing are as stated in the quote or invoice.
4. Service Acceptance
Once delivered, a service is considered accepted unless the client submits a written complaint within 7 calendar days of delivery. Complaints must be sent to nexusgroup.bali@gmail.com and must clearly describe the issue. The Company will review and respond in accordance with our Refund Policy.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
The client agrees to contact the Company first before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith and will provide service delivery evidence (e.g., deliverables, communications, timestamps) when relevant to a dispute.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of services and additional administrative fees. The Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts through appropriate channels.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of PT BALI NEXUS GLOBAL for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
